I shopped and shopped because I needed a new garage door and I got prices that were unbelievable, like $3000 difference in quotes I guess because I’m a woman shopping was the reason ???? I called a friend that builds custom homes out of Texas and he told me to go with the quote from discount garage repair . My friend also had pictures of what was wrong with my garage door . He proceeded to tell me that the price this company had quoted me was right on . Not only that I had to call them back 6 months after I got the new door and they never charged me for coming out and looking and fixing a little problem I was having . This company is great and so was the guy that owns or worked for them very kind helpful and great customer service . Everyone I know said they will use them if need be , great deal !!!

I highly recommend! From call to finish it looks less than 3 hours to get my garage door fixed! I called and the phone was answered by a nice young man. He agreed to meet me at 4pm at my rental property. He was a little delayed and called to let me know. He diagnosed the problem and quoted a price to fix the garage door. He said he could fix it right then and there. I decided to pay in cash (other options available). I went to go to the bank to get cash and by the time I got back, the door was fixed. He wrote be a receipt and I verified the new strut solved the issue. McCade was very prompt and professional.

UPDATE: This is an additional update to my original review. I needed emergency repair work for my garage done IMMEDIATELY! Once again Discount Garage came to my rescue. Mr. MaCade was the tech and he was so DELIGHTFUL & KNOWLEGABLE. I called and he was here within an hour! The price was fair and the job was done quickly and efficiently. I'm writing this several months later of my previous review, and I still stand by my original post. Even though your name is "DISCOUNT GARAGE", there was nothing second rate about the supreme quality of repair you completed at our home. Discount Garage Repair was super helpful and affordable! McCabe showed up right on time, installed my new garage opener quickly, and was very friendly throughout the process. They were also really patient working with my home warranty company, which I appreciated. What really stood out is that they went above and beyond, tightening up my hinges (or rollers?) at no extra cost. Their pricing was way better than other companies I contacted, and the service was just as good, if not better. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing garage repairs!
