I had an emergency when someone stole my garage remote, and my car registration, so whoever did it had my home address. I immediately headed home and I de-programmed the opener, but could not get the other remotes to re-program. I was very frustrated. I called Discount Garage Door and the owner got on face time with me and helped me re-set the entire opener unit. Such a huge help. I can’t thank the gentleman who helped me enough.
