Garage door began not working. Just was “clicking” when remote was pressed. Called Discount, and they offered to send someone out that night. 24 hrs service, love that! Jose came out. He listened to what I said was happening. He diagnosed, then fixed the issue. He then explained to me my options after I asked him about upgrading the Genie opener I had. The entire call maybe lasted 20 mins. Jose was kind, patient, and thorough. Will call Discount again.
