I highly recommend! From call to finish it looks less than 3 hours to get my garage door fixed! I called and the phone was answered by a nice young man. He agreed to meet me at 4pm at my rental property. He was a little delayed and called to let me know. He diagnosed the problem and quoted a price to fix the garage door. He said he could fix it right then and there. I decided to pay in cash (other options available). I went to go to the bank to get cash and by the time I got back, the door was fixed. He wrote be a receipt and I verified the new strut solved the issue. McCade was very prompt and professional.
UPDATE: This is an additional update to my original review. I needed emergency repair work for my garage done IMMEDIATELY! Once again Discount Garage came to my rescue. Mr. MaCade was the tech and he was so DELIGHTFUL & KNOWLEGABLE. I called and he was here within an hour! The price was fair and the job was done quickly and efficiently. I'm writing this several months later of my previous review, and I still stand by my original post. Discount Garage Repair was super helpful and affordable! McCabe showed up right on time, installed my new garage opener quickly, and was very friendly throughout the process. They were also really patient working with my home warranty company, which I appreciated. What really stood out is that they went above and beyond, tightening up my hinges (or rollers?) at no extra cost. Their pricing was way better than other companies I contacted, and the service was just as good, if not better. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing garage repairs!

We accidentally backed into our garage door, leaving it seemingly beyond repair—it wouldn’t open or close. We called Discount Garage Door, and Mark came by that evening. In just 10 minutes, he had it working again! While there's still some visible damage, the door is fully functional, and Mark’s fee was incredibly reasonable. My tenants were having an issue with the garage. I was able to schedule an on-site assessment right away. I received a courtesy call when they were on the way over to my rental property. Because I wasn't on site, they communicated very well and even sent pictures of what was wrong. Price was reasonable with a 3 year warranty. They gave some great, helpful tips on maintenance. Great communication! Great service! I would absolutely use them again!

I don't write reviews, but I had to take the time to do one for Discount Garage Repair and their technician Kevin. I had received a few quotes from $1500 to $2800 to repair my garage door. Discount Garage Repair shocked me when they said they could fix it for $550. Kevin was very accommodating with returning the next day to do the work without any extra cost. He was professional and pleasant to work with. It is so very refreshing to find an honest company. I highly, highly recommend them!!

The best man for your garage repairs. other company quoted me 150$ for the garage tune up and he only charges 20$ for it and gets the job done perfectly. Imagine the difference? Hes honest and very knowledgeable.

Wow what a great outfit! Mondo came within a couple of hours of my call and did a free estimate. We all thought it was going to be a new motor for the garage opener and were ready to pay for that when Mondo decided to check on the outlet and discovered that it was broken. He switched to another outlet and saved us $475. What a relief to find an honest, capable person in Vegas! Renewed our outlook on humanity.

I had called Mark up this morning. To check on him coming out to fix our door. He was out to my house in two hours. We don't have a good experience with people coming out to service our house Mark made it possible for us to get our door fixed in a reasonable amount of time and cost wise I highly recommend Mark for garage doors repairs.

Came out to my house with in 2 hours of my initial call gave me a FREE estimate (hundreds of $$ less then these other companies) then fixed it right there on the spot. Called to request a quote to repair/replace my garage door and they were able to come that day. He arrived at the time I was scheduled, assessed the damage and gave me a quote on the spot. Please listen up Vegas! When I tell you Mark and Kevin are awesome, I mean it. I tried two services prior, was given information on Discount Garage...the reviews on this company are True. Customer Service, Expertise, Pricing and Options. They made me feel like customers use to feel years ago, like a cherished person. I'll say this, if more businesses went back to this way of operating, this world would be a better place. And guess what their price wasn't even a third of what the other companies quoted. This was my first interaction with the company, I don't know them from Adam, but I tell you this, if you go with there service you will NOT be disappointed in any way. Thanks guys and MUCH Success!!!

I am so glad I made a phone call to discount garage this morning. within 15 minutes a young man showed up. He checked what all needed to be fixed.for a very reasonable price. Within 30minutes he fixed everything. He even fixed some things I forgot to mention to him.he did it without extra charge. For the seniors it means so much to us. Nothing like yesterday some company wrote me two pages of listing . you would not believe what they want to Charge me for the same issue. OMG. I highly recommend this company .they're honest.they did excellent job on my garage. My garage is working great now Thank you!

Discount Garage Repair went above and beyond for me. They replaced my garage spring, and even fought for me with my property management to have reinforcement struts placed on my door, as the spring collapsed the door in the center and they did not feel it was safe to leave it as is. 110% would recommend to everyone needed garage work done.
Discount Garage Repair answered our frantic call at 6:45 pm on a Saturday night and showed up about 15 minutes later to fix our broken garage door after my husband had spent a couple of hours trying to figure out a solution from YouTube to no avail for our 7 year old broken and jammed Torquemaster Plus spring mechanism. 45 minutes and $495 later and it was fixed with a 3 year warranty! Do yourselves a favor and call this company. Excellent!!
This morning I had an issue with my garage door coming off the track & the tension cable coming loose that caused my door to slant to one side & I couldn't get it to move at all. Mark was referred to me by a neighborhood friend on Facebook & I am so glad he was. Mark was able to squeeze me in (same day) with in hours of our call. Here's the deal, if you want fast, reliable, affordable all wrapped into one then call these guys! I called and had the owner out at my place less than two hours later. I was told that my unit was taking a dive as it was manufactured in 2002! Nothing lasts forever right? Well, it was replaced on the spot with a beautiful new wifi unit within record time and I got a great price for the product and labor. I plan on replacing my garage doors in the near future and these are the guys I will be hiring for the work. I have never felt so good about handing over money for work, that's how impressed I was! A big salute to Discount Garage Repair for saving the day!

Wish I could give 10 stars. I sort of "bumped" into the garage door and it was just enough that the door would not open all the way. I gave Discount Garage Repair a call as it was not too far away in hopes it could be repaired today. Mark answered right away. I told him the problem and he said he would be there in about 20 minutes. He arrived on time, gave me a very reasonable quote without trying to upsell me anything. He explained what needed to be done and was done in about 30 minutes. The garage door is now back in working order. Mark is very nice, efficient and takes time to explain exactly what needs to be done. He answered all my questions, even the ridiculous ones, and did not talk down to me. He said if there were any problems to give him a call. I would not hesitate to call them again for repairs and will be sure to recommend this company to all my friends. Thanks again Mark.
My garage door decided to cave in on itself and I decided to give Discount Garage Repair a call. Very glad I did! Mark came out within 20 minutes of my call and started working right away. Got everything working in better shape than I've ever seen it and only took him an hour. He's a super friendly guy and explained everything he was doing and why. Mark did a great job. I originally wanted him to install a remote panel on the outside of my garage but the one I got was incompatible with my 30 year old motor. He installed and updated one with a new App on my phone on the fly immediately for $700. I'm impressed! I'm so happy with his work and I love my new garage door opener!

Called Saturday evening and KEVIN came out Sunday AM. Communicated the arrival and was on time. Explained the repair and was done in approximately 1 hour. Replaced the springs / cables and had some other work performed. I have every reason to believe it was priced reasonably. Very transparent with material and labor cost.
